IGC Construction Company Ltd was founded in 2014 by Iyika Gabriel Chimezie (IGC), who began the business while still in his 100 Level at a higher institution. What started as a vision driven by passion, determination and a strong interest in construction has evolved into a dynamic company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Nigeria.

The company was officially incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission, marking a significant milestone in growth and development. Registration number: RC: 1835150.

IGC Luxury Interiors was established as a subsidiary, expanding the brand into custom-made furniture and luxury interior solutions.
